A real property transfer survey is a form that an individual can use to record the details of a real property sale. Depending on the workflow at your organization, you can also set up this survey to update the status on a real property record to sold.

The due date is the date when payment is owed.
When is the survey due?
Use the default due date. This is the end of the current year.
Choose a different due date. Use the Due Date field to type in a MM/DD/YYYY. You can also click Advanced Options to change variable the system is using to set the due date. If you would like to select a different day, because the due date falls on a weekend for example, select the Calendar Date option. Then, you can click the Calendar button to choose a different date.
The mailing date is the date the statement will be sent.

Yes, I want to use the current date as the mailing date. The current date is the default mailing date. Continue to the next step.
No, I want to use a different date as the mailing date. Select a different MM/DD/YYYY from the Mailing Date drop-down list, or click Advanced Options.
The system will select all of the real properties that have been sold during the selected date range. You can also use the Selection Criteria to filter the search results.

Click Save (CTRL+S) to save the current settings as a new report.
The property sales record reports the purchase or exchange of property. The Update Property Sales Records will add a transaction to the record that shows when the Real Property Transfer Survey was sent out.
