Do this...

1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Reports > Real Property Tax Coupons.

2. Do you want to use the current date as the mailing date? The mailing date is the date the statement will be sent.

  • Yes, I want to use the current date as the mailing date. The current date is the default mailing date. Continue to the next step.

  • No, I want to use a different date as the mailing date. Select a different MM/DD/YYYY from the Mailing Date drop-down list, or click Advanced Options.  

3. How many coupons do you want to print for each property? In the Number of Coupons per Property field, enter a number between 1 and 99.  

4. Which coupons do you want to print? The system displays coupons by number, the date payment is due, and the option to print or not print the coupon.  

  • Print the coupon. Select the checkbox to print the coupon.

  • Do not print the coupon. Deselect the checkbox to omit the coupon.  

5. Is the due date on each coupon correct? The system chooses the last day of the month. If you want the due date to fall on the last day of the workweek, you can change the due date by hand.

  • Yes, the due date is correct. Continue to the next step.

  • No, the due date is not correct. Double-click on the due date. The date field changes to a editing field. Now, type in the new due date.  

6. Will you print the tax coupons to a pre-printed form?

  • Yes, print the tax coupons to the pre-printed form. Load the pre-printed forms in the printer. Then, make sure the settings on the Forms tab are correct.

  • No, print the tax coupons to the plain paper. Make sure the settings on the Forms tab are correct.

7. Click Print (CTRL+P).
