Error: Attachment Platform Connection Error

Issue

I tried to work in Connect Online, but when I launch a Connect Online application this error displays on the screen. It says, "An error occurred when attempting to connect with Revver. Verify that the third-party platform is not experiencing an outage and that your integration credentials are correct."

Explanation

Your organization is using Revver for document management. When you launch an application in Connect Online, Connect Online logs into Revver. If the Revver connection cannot be established, the error message, shown above, displays on the screen. 

Solution

To troubleshoot this error, 

  • Check the Revver Server Status. [systemstatus.revverdocs.com] [support.revverdocs.com]

  • Verify the Revver username and password. It's in the Document Management Interface in System Management > Organization. You will need Administrator rights. [More]

  • For updates on the Revver Server Status, contact Revver. [More]

  • For assistance updating the Revver username and password in Connect System Management, contact Caselle customer support at (800) 228-9851.
