What if Connect Online Web Service can't establish a connection?

An error message displays when Connect Online Web Service cannot establish a connection to the Caselle web server.


Is the PC connected to the Internet?

  • Yes, the PC is connected to the Internet. Contact customer service (800) 228-9851 for assistance.

  • No, the PC is not connected to the Internet. Check with your Internet Service Provider for assistance and then try to launch the Connect Online web portal again.
