What if I can't get Connect Online Web Service started?

Connect Online uses a web service to run. Usually, you can use Services from the Windows Start menu to start and stop Connect Online. When everything is working, Caselle Connect Online Web Service is running.

If you can't get Connect Online Web Service to start running, try

  • rebooting the computer.

  • updating Connect Online Web Service (System Management > Installation > Update Connect Online Web Service).

  • submit a support ticket or call customer support for assistance at (800) 228-9851.
