I am using Caselle Cloud to run Caselle Hosted applications, but this error message says, "Your Remote Desktop Services session has ended." How do I fix it?
Explanation
Caselle Cloud uses the Remote Desktop Service to connect your computer to the Connect applications running in Caselle Cloud. When the Remote Desktop Service session ends, the connection to Caselle Cloud is also terminated and you won't be able to use Caselle Cloud to run Connect applications.
