Error: Path not found

Issue

I'm printing the journals report in General Ledger and I'm getting error message that says: Path not found. How do I fix it?

Explanation

You may receive this error when a report or form is set up to create an export file to a location on a computer or network that is no longer accessible. When you start using Caselle Cloud, you will need to change the file path and name to create the export file in Caselle Cloud.

This issue will affect the following files created by reports: 

  • Export files

  • Import files

  • PDF files

  • Excel and Word files

  • RTF and Text files

 

 

Solution

To fix this error, open the export settings and change the file name and path to a location in Caselle Cloud. 


1. Click Browse.

2. Navigate to the directory where you would like to save the export file.

3. Click Save to close the File explorer.

 

4. Click Save  (CTRL+S) to save the changes to the report.
