Where is the Connect Online configuration file?

Issue

I need to send the Connect Online configuration file to Caselle, but I don't know where it's located. How do I find it?

 

Explanation

Caselle will use your Connect Online configuration file to set up the temporary URL for accessing the Caselle Hosted Solution. The configuration file includes the licenses that you are using to run Connect applications. 

 

Solution

To locate the Connect Online configuration file, 

  • on the servers, use Windows Explorer to search for or navigate to: c:\program files (x86)\Caselle Clarity 4\[OrganizationName] License.xml

  • on a computer, use Windows Explorer to search for or navigate to: ...connect online\configfiles\[OrganizationName] License.xml

When you have located the configuration file ([OrganizationName] License.xml), send it as an email attachment to farrah.brown@caselle.com.
