Error: Missing period cycle dates
Issue
The period/cycle date is missing.
Explanation
A period/cycle date is missing from the Dates table. Checkout cannot continue until the period/cycle date is fixed.
Solution
Go to Connect Utility Management > Organization > Organization to enter the missing period/cycle records on the Dates tab.
