Issue
There's a service tied to an account that has a deposit. But the service does not allow deposits, so the customer should not have a deposit for this service.
Explanation
A service that does not allow deposits has a deposit balance on an account. Because the service does not allow deposits, none of the accounts that have the service should have a service deposit linked to it.
Solution
You need to refund the deposit, apply the deposit to the account balance, or transfer the deposit to another account. To do this, you will need to change the service properties to allow deposits so you can work with the deposit on the account and then change the service properties back to not allow deposits.
Do this...
1. Change the service properties to allow deposits.
Go to the service (Organization > Services).
On the Services tab, click to select the Allow Deposits checkbox.
Services, Service tab - Allow deposits checkbox
2. Go to Manage Deposits (Customers > Manage Deposits), use the Action menu to select the transaction type.
Refund. Returns the deposit to the customer.
Apply. Applies the deposit to a service balance on the customer account.
Transfer. Transfers the deposit to another customer account.
3. Change the service properties to not allow deposits.
Go to the service (Organization > Services).
On the Services tab, click to remove the checkmark from the the Allow Deposits checkbox.
