How do I search for customers with deposits who are missing a deposit service? (2023.11)
If a customer has a deposit, the the customer should have a billing service tied to the deposit. Finding a customer who has a deposit that is not tied to a billing service is an issue that needs to be fixed by refunding the deposit, adding the billing service to the customer account, and then enter the deposit for the billing service again.
