Error: There are x inactive customers that can be deleted

Issue

There inactive customer accounts in the database. 


Explanation

When a customer is final billed, the customer account can be deleted if the customer balance is zero, the customer does not have any deposits, and the account history age is more than the time to keep it. The error report will only include inactive customer accounts that meet these requirements.


Solution

Run Delete Inactive Customers (Customers > Delete Inactive Customers) to delete inactive customers from the database. [More]
