Error: Hours not updated for inactive position
Issue
This error message displays when Connect finds hours on an inactive position for the pay pay period that have NOT been updated to the Payroll application.
Solution
To troubleshoot the error, check the employee position (Payroll Modify Existing Employees) to see if there's a position end date saved in the employee position. Deleting the position end date to change the position status to active.
