How do I add/remove columns for work orders? (Connect Online) (2023.11)

You can customize the work orders grid in Connect Online to show the information that you need to see when you're logged in.

Available columns

Assigned to

City

Created By

Created Date

Department

Description

Due date

Location city 

Meter ID

Subdivision 

Type

Work order

 

 

Adding columns 

1. Click 

2. Click and drag a column to the header row to add it to the grid.

Removing columns 

Click on a column header in the grid and drag it off the column header row.

Filtering columns

In the column header, click . Start typing in the search value and the search results that match the search value will be displayed below it.
