If you forgot your password, you can reset it. You can also use the option to reset a password to change your password as often as it's needed.
Note: Connect and Connect Online use the same password. If you use both Connect and Connect Online, you should use the new password to login for both applications.
The link to reset a Connect Online password by the user is included in the 2023.11 release. In the earlier version, you had to contact the application administrator to reset or change your password.
1. Launch Connect Online.
2. Click Forgot Password.

3. Enter your User ID and email, and then click Next.

4. Check your email for the Caselle Password Recovery Code.

5. Enter the recovery code from the email, and then click Next.

6. Enter a new password, and then click Continue.
The new password needs to conform to your organization's password requirements for Connect Online. For example, a new password may be have a minimum length, require a letter, and require a number.
Reset Password
Your Connect Online password is reset and you're ready to log in.
