How do I search for a deposit without any activity? (2023.11)

If a customer has a deposit, then the customer should also have transactions that show the deposit was recorded and how the deposit was applied. There's an issue when a customer has a deposit, but the transaction for the deposit is missing from the customer's transaction history. 

This option is included in the 2023.11 release. 

 

Searching for deposit without any activity

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Checkout.  

2. Click to select Check for Deposit Activity Without a Deposit.

3. Click GO (CTRL+G). 

The error report will list any customers who have a deposit who do not have deposit activity. If there are customers who are listed with this issue, contact customer support for assistance at (800) 228-9851.
