Use the hours report to review the number of hours worked by an employee for a given period. You can print this report by pay period and by week ending date. It can help you reconcile the hours being reported and the actual hours worked.
The report was updated with a new look and feel in the 2023.08 release. It also includes options to include the report for a batch or team, and the project accounting job number; a new look for the pay code summary totals; and it includes the employee hash and hours totals.
1. Open Connect Timekeeping Reports Hours Report.
2. Enter the report date range.
The default selection is by pay period. You can use the advanced options to change the date range to a custom date range.

3. In the Selection Criteria, change the [Report].Employee Number value from ALL to the employee number.

4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
Use this option to print the total hours for an employee for each pay period. It will show the pay period end date and the hours the employee worked for the pay period.

Leaving this checkbox blank will print the hours worked for each week in the pay period. This option shows the hours worked for each week ending date in the pay period.
