Use Checkout Timesheet Transactions to search the database for errors in timesheet transactions.
1. Open Connect Timekeeping Organization Checkout.
2. Click to select the checkbox titled Checkout Timesheet Transactions.
3. Fill in the options on the section titled Checkout Timesheet Transactions.
4. Click GO (CTRL+G).
Connect searches for errors in timesheet transactions.
1. Open Connect Timekeeping Organization Checkout.
2. Click to select the checkbox titled Checkout Timesheet Transactions.
3. Click to select the field titled Employee Numbers.
4. Enter the employee numbers.
Checkout will search the timesheet transactions assigned to the employee numbers. You can enter a single employee number, a range, or a sequence. Use a comma (,) to separate employee numbers and a dash (-) to separate a range.
5. Fill in the options on the section titled Checkout Timesheet Transactions.
6. Click GO (CTRL+G).

3. Click to select the checkbox titled Check for Transactions Not Updated to General Ledger.
This option is only available when Timekeeping is set up to update transactions to a Caselle General Ledger.
4. Fill in the options on the section titled Checkout Timesheet Transactions.
5. Click GO (CTRL+G).
Checkout searches for timesheet transactions that have not been updated to the General Ledger.

This option is only available when Timekeeping is set up to update transactions to a Caselle Payroll.
4. Fill in the options on the section titled Checkout Timesheet Transactions.
5. Click GO (CTRL+G).
Checkout searches for timesheet transactions that have not been updated to the Payroll.

3. Click to select the checkbox titled Check for Transactions Not Updated to Project Accounting.
This option is only available when Timekeeping is set up to update transactions to a Caselle General Ledger.
4. Fill in the options on the section titled Checkout Timesheet Transactions.
5. Click GO (CTRL+G).
Checkout searches for timesheet transactions that have not been updated to the General Ledger.
