How do I view time entries by pay period?

When an employee uses Timekeeping to clock in or clock out, Timekeeping will record the clock in/clock out as a time entry. You can use Employee Inquiry to view a summary of the employee's time entries by pay periods.

Viewing time entries by pay period

1. Open Connect Timekeeping Employee Inquiry.

2. Use the Employee field to enter an employee's name or number. Press Enter.

3. Click to select the Time tab.

4. Click to select the Pay Periods  subtab.

The employee's time entries display on the Pay Period subtab. You can filter, sort, and show/hide detail.
