Why can't employees create a time entry?

Make sure all of the pay codes employees will use to create time entries have been added to the Timekeeping application. If the pay code has not been added to Timekeeping, an employee can create a time entry but the time entry won't show in the employee's timesheet.


Updating Timekeeping pay codes

1. Open Connect Timekeeping Organization Organization.

2. Find the field titled Hours Worked Pay Codes.

 

 

3. Click Select.

The Search form displays all of the pay codes from the Pay Codes table in the Payroll application.


4. Add the pay codes the employees will use to create time entries.


5. Click OK.

The Hours Worked Pay Codes have been updated.
