Why can't I click on the Overheads link?

If the Overheads link is not working, make sure the Project Accounting application is set up to use Asset Management and Materials Management. The Overheads link in Timekeeping will not work unless these options are selected in the Project Accounting application.

 

Checking the Project Accounting settings

1. Open Connect Project Accounting Organization Organization.

2. Click to select the Interfaces tab.

3. Check if the Asset Management interface is working.

Click the Asset Management subtab and then use the Interface menu to select the version of Asset Management that you're running.

4. Click to select the Materials Management subtab.

Click the Materials Management subtab and then use the Interface menu to select the version of Materials Management that you're running.

5. Click Save (CTRL+S).

6. Exit Caselle applications to refresh the application settings.

Now the Overheads link in Timekeeping works.

 

Setting up Asset Management

1. Open Connect Asset Management Organization.

2. Click to select Organization.

3. Click to select the Interfaces tab.

4. Click to select the Project Accounting subtab and then use the Interface menu to select Caselle 4.x.

5. Click Save (CTRL+S).

Asset Management is set up to interface to Project Accounting.

 

Setting up Materials Management

1. Open Connect Asset Management Organization.

2. Click to select Organization.

3. Click to select the Interfaces tab.

4. Click to select the Project Accounting subtab and then use the Interface menu to select Caselle 4.x.

5. Click Save (CTRL+S).

Materials Management is set up to interface to Project Accounting.

 

Setting up Payroll

1. Open Connect Payroll Organization.

2. Click to select Organization.

3. Click to select the Interfaces tab.

4. Click to select the Project Accounting subtab and then use the Interface menu to select Caselle 4.x.

5. Click Save (CTRL+S).

Payroll is set up to interface to Project Accounting.

 

Setting up Timekeeping

1. Open Connect Payroll Organization.

2. Click to select Organization.

3. Click to select the Interfaces tab.

4. Click to select the Project Accounting subtab and then use the Project Accounting Interface menu to select Caselle 4.x.

5. Click to select the Asset Management subtab and then use the Asset Management Interface menu to select Caselle 4.x.

6. Click Save (CTRL+S).

Timekeeping is set up to interface to Project Accounting.
