How do I delete an assembly?

You cannot remove an assembly when related transactions exist. A related transaction is a transaction that is linked to another transaction to show how they are connected.

Deleting an assembly

1. Open Connect Backflow Management > Assemblies> Modify Existing Assemblies.

2. Enter an assembly ID, location number, or service address in the Assembly field, on the Lookup bar. Press Enter. You can also click F9 to search.

3. Verify the assembly that displays on the screen is the record you wish to delete.

4. Click Delete (CTRL+D).

NotesNote: If an assembly or notification activity has been recorded for this assembly, the assembly cannot be deleted.

The assembly is deleted.
