How do I search for activity by backflow assembly?

You would search for activity by backflow assembly when you need to review the history and actions associated with a specific assembly. This can include tests, inspections, repairs, notices, status changes, or other recorded activity. Searching by assembly helps staff troubleshoot issues, verify compliance history, answer customer questions, and monitor maintenance or testing activity for a particular device.

Adding backflow assemblies column to the Search window

2. Click the Customer Search  button.
