If the test result is failed, do you want to replace the assembly?

Set up the default setting to replace the assembly or prompt the user to replace the assembly when an assembly has a failed test result.


Changing the default setting to replace the assembly

1. Open Connect Backflow Management > Assemblies > Enter Assembly Test Results.

2. Click Options (F12).

3. Set up the field titled Replace Assembly on Failed Test.

What do you want to do?

  • If the test result is failed, replace the assembly. Use the Replace Assembly on Failed Test field to select Yes.

  • If the test result is failed, do not replace the assembly. Use the Replace Assembly on Failed Test field to select No.

  • If the test result is failed, ask me if I want to replace the assembly. Use the Replace Assembly on Failed Test field to select Prompt Each Time.


4. Click OK.

The default setting is saved.
