Import Citations Report (2023.11)

When you import citations, you have the option of printing a report, printing a report and importing citations, and importing citations without printing a report. Printing a report without importing transactions may be helpful because you will have a chance to review how and where the imported information will be included in the Court Management application. 


Printing imported citations report without importing citations

1. Open Connect Court Management > Cases > Import Citations.

2. Set up the import options.

To preview the citations that will be created in the Court Management database from the import file, use the same import options to print the report that you will use to import citations.

3. Use the Print menu to select Report Only.

4. Click GO  (CTRL+G).

A report of the citations that will be created using the current settings prints. The routine will not create citations from the import file.


Printing imported citations report and updating citations

1. Open Connect Court Management > Cases > Import Citations.

2. Set up the import options.

3. Use the Print menu to select Report.

 

4. Click GO  (CTRL+G).

A report of the citations that will be created using the current settings prints AND the routine will create citations from the import file.


Updating citations without printing imported citations report

1. Open Connect Court Management > Cases > Import Citations.

2. Set up the import options.

3. Use the Print menu to select No Report.

 

 

4. Click GO  (CTRL+G).

The citations are imported. No report prints.
