Error: Employee termination date is greater than or equal to the first day of the current year

Issue

The employee was terminated in the current year. 

 

Explanation

The employee was terminated but the wrong termination date was recorded. 

 

Solution

Use Modify Existing Employees to change the employee's termination date to the correct date.
