There may be some situations where you need to backdate the check issue date on a leave time adjustment. For example, Joe has a leave time adjustment that should not occur on the current check. He uses a leave time adjustment to change the check issue date to the prior pay period. When Joe prints the statement for the current pay period, the leave time adjustment is not included on it.
In version 2022.02, you can make changes to the check issue date.
1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Enter Leave Time Adjustments.
The leave transactions grid, at the bottom of the view, shows the leave time adjustments that have been created for the current period.
2. Use the Leave Transactions grid to find the leave time adjustment and then click the Edit button.
The leave time transaction displays above the transaction grid.
3. Use the Check Issue Date box to enter a new date.
4. Click Save (CTRL+S).
