How do print a duplicate payroll check?

Print a duplicate payroll check stub for employees who use direct deposit.

Before you get started

  • Create a form layout that prints a payroll check with the text "Duplicate Check". 

 

Saving a payroll check report for printing a duplicate payroll check

1. Open Connect Payroll > Reports > Payroll Checks.

2. Click to select the Forms tab.

3. Use the Form menu to select the form layout for printing Duplicate Payroll Check Stub.

4. Click Save (CTRL+S).

The Save Report Definition form displays.

5. Click to select the option titled Save As New Report.

6. Enter Duplicate Payroll Check Stub as the new report name.

7. Click OK.

Payroll saves the Duplicate Payroll Check Stub report.

 

Printing a duplicate payroll check stub

1. Open Connect Payroll > Reports > Payroll Checks.

2. Use the Title menu to select Payroll Checks - Duplicate Payroll Check Stub.

3. Set up the report to select the payroll checks that you want to print as a duplicate payroll check stub.

4. Click Print (CTRL+P).

Payroll prints the duplicate payroll check stubs.
