I can't see the Empower fields in Modify Existing Employees. Where are they?

Issue

I need to set up the Empower file for Idaho state retirement report. Why can't I see them?

 

Explanation

The fields to set up Empower reporting for the state of Idaho are included in version 2025.05 or later. The system must also 

  • be running version 2025.05 or later.

  • set the work state to ID. (Modify Existing Employees > Job tab > Job tab) The fields you need to set up Empower reporting will only be available when the work state is set to Idaho (ID).
