I can't see the Empower fields in Modify Existing Employees. Where are they?

I need to set up the Empower file for Idaho state retirement report. Why can't I see them?
Explanation
The fields to set up Empower reporting for the state of Idaho are included in version 2025.05 or later. The system must also

be running version 2025.05 or later.

set the work state to ID. (Modify Existing Employees > Job tab > Job tab) The fields you need to set up Empower reporting will only be available when the work state is set to Idaho (ID).
