Insufficient Leave Balance for Payout
Message: The number of hours entered to pay out [employee] exceeds the
available leave for ##-## (pay code description) by ####. Change to maximum
hours allowed?
Explanation: If your organization has set a minimum balance for payout
on leave hours, Connect will check if the employee's leave balance is
greater than the minimum balance for the leave pay code. If the employee's
leave balance is less than the minimum balance for the leave pay code,
you can choose to change the employee's leave balance to the minimum balance
required for pay out.
