No Leave Hours for Payout

Message: No available leave hours to pay out.

 

Explanation: This message displays when you have selected the Payout checkbox but the employee does not have a positive leave balance, which means requested leave hours cannot be paid out.

 

Troubleshooting: If the employee does have a positive leave balance, check how the leave hours have been recorded in the employee record (Employee Inquiry > Leave tab). The leave hours may be for the wrong amount, wrong employee, or the wrong pay code.
