Leave Balance Below Minimum Hours for Payout
Message: The leave balance is below the minimum leave hours allowed
to pay out this pay code.
Explanation: If your organization has set a minimum balance for payout
on leave hours, Connect will check if the employee's leave balance is
greater than the minimum balance for the leave pay code. If the employee's
leave balance is less than the minimum balance for the leave pay code,
Connect will not pay out the leave hours.
Where are the minimum hours on a leave pay code saved? The minimum hours
on a leave pay code are saved in Organization > Pay Codes on the Leave
Rates tab. There's a section called Payout Options. Your organization
can use the Minimum Hours Bank box to set the minimum leave hours an employee
is required to have before the leave is paid out.
