How do I print a taxing entity register?

A taxing entity register is a record that lists all taxing entities within a jurisdiction that have the authority to levy property taxes. This register is used by tax authorities to track which entities are entitled to receive property tax revenue and to ensure proper allocation and collection of funds. 

The taxing entity register includes: 

  • Taxing entity

  • Date

  • Reference number

  • Description

  • Amount

  • Check issue date

  • Check number

This report was updated in the 2025.02 release.

 


Printing a taxing entity register

1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Reports > Taxing Entity Register. 

2. Select the report date range. 

3. Set up the report options. 

Include
Set up the report to include all amounts, paid amounts, or unpaid amounts. Unpaid amounts are amounts that do not have a check issue date. Paid amounts are amounts with a check issue date. 

 

4. Click Print  (CTRL+P).
