How do I view personal property? (Real Property)

You can use Real Property Inquiry to view the personal property that is tied to an owner who also owns real property.

View Personal Property while using Real Property Inquiry to see related personal property records associated with the same owner or property. This allows you to access a more complete picture of the taxpayer's assets and tax obligations without having to switch to a separate inquiry. Reviewing both real and personal property information can help with research, customer service, billing questions, and account verification.

Examples:

  • Review a business owner's real estate and business equipment accounts in one inquiry session.
  • Verify all taxable property associated with an owner when responding to a taxpayer question.
  • Research outstanding balances across both real and personal property accounts.
  • Confirm ownership information is consistent between real and personal property records.
  • Identify related property records when investigating billing, payment, or assessment issues.

By viewing personal property from Real Property Inquiry, you can access related records more efficiently and gain a more complete understanding of the owner's property holdings and tax accounts.
