Use Real Property Inquiry to review transactions for abatements, interest, miscellaneous billings, payments, penalties, and taxes.
View Personal Property while using Real Property Inquiry to see related personal property records associated with the same owner or property. This allows you to access a more complete picture of the taxpayer's assets and tax obligations without having to switch to a separate inquiry. Reviewing both real and personal property information can help with research, customer service, billing questions, and account verification.

By viewing personal property from Real Property Inquiry, you can access related records more efficiently and gain a more complete understanding of the owner's property holdings and tax accounts.
1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Real Property Inquiry.
2. Use the Property field to enter a property number, owner, serial number, or bill number. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the Transactions tab.
The transactions linked to the real property display on the screen.
Use the area titled Display to select which transactions to display on the screen. Select a checkbox to show the transaction type. Deselect a checkbox to hide a transaction.
Roll up the transaction detail to show only summary totals. Use the section titled Summarize to show summary totals for adjustments, billings, and write-offs. Deselect the checkbox to show the transaction detail.
