How do I view a real property balance in the transaction grid?

Issue

I want to see the real property balance in the transaction grid in Real Property Inquiry.

Solution
Set up the transaction grid in Real Property Inquiry to display a column that shows the real property balance. 

Do this...
1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Real Property Inquiry. 

2. Click to select the Transactions tab. 

3. Right-click on the header row of the transaction grid and then select Column Chooser. 

 


4. Click and drag Balance from the Drag and Drop Columns window to the header row. 

 

 

The balance column shows the real property balance.
