How do I look up my Caselle Cloud username and password? (2025.05)
Your Caselle Cloud username and password is the same as your Connect Online username and password. If you don't remember your Connect Online username and password, you can use the Forgot Password option to reset your password.
Connect Desktop Users: For users who are migrating from the Connect desktop application, use the same username and password that you would use to login to Connect Online.
I forgot my password
When you login to Connect Online, click Forgot Password.
Enter your user ID and email, and then click Next.
Check your email to retrieve the authentication code.
Enter the authentication code from the email, and click Next.
Now, reset the password.
