Error: Frequency codes with zero average days

Issue

A frequency code did not bill for the period and the frequency code is missing the average number of days needed to determine when to bill the frequency code. 


Explanation

A frequency code should bill every period and the frequency code should include the average number of days in the billing period. The error report will list frequency codes that do not bill every period and do not include the average number of days. 


Solution

Update the frequency code (Organization > Frequency Codes). How you update the frequency code will depend on how you want the frequency code to bill. 

  • If the frequency code is not billing every period and it should bill every period, change the billing frequency to select every period as a billing period. 

  • If the frequency code is not billing every period and it should bill based on the average number of days, add the average number of days in the billing period.
