Error: Rates with a maximum usage level
Issue
A rate is using levels but the maximum usage level is not set to 999999999.
Explanation
The rate has a level and the last level needs to have 999999999 entered as the maximum usage level. There may be a scenario where a customer usage is greater than the last usage level on a rate. If the last usage level is not 999999999, the customer may be billed for less than their entire usage.
Solution
Go to the rates table (Organization > Rates) and add a maximum usage level. Set the quantity on the last level to 999999999. You may need to add a new level and set it up as the last level.
