Exceleron and My Usage Interface

The 2023.02 release includes updates to the Excerlon and My Usage Interface. 


Closing the period/cycle will 

  • calculate the usage charge, miscellaneous credit total, miscellaneous charge total, tax total, device charge total, and bill total.

  • include in the reconciliation file the usage charge, miscellaneous credit total, miscellaneous charge total, tax total, device charge total, and bill total.  

  • save the reconciliation file that will be sent to Exceleron in the Start In directory. The file name is exceleron-recon-YYYY-MM-DD-#####.xml

 

In the previous version, there were issues calculating the usage and total fields. These issues have been fixed in the 2023.02 release.

In the previous version, the reconciliation file was generated and sent to Exceleron without allowing the user to review the file. Closing the period/cycle will save the reconciliation file to the Start in file path and directory for Connect applications. You can find the Start In file path and directory at the bottom of the Close Period/Cycle view.
