How do I activate a user?

Connect uses active to identify users who can log in to Connect and assigns inactive to users who have been terminated. Inactive users cannot log in to Connect.

 

Activating a user

1. Open Connect System Management > Security > Setup/Modify User Rights.

2. Use the Look Up bar to enter a user name.

3. Click to select the checkbox titled Activate User.

The user is active. They can log in to Connect.


Deactivating a user

1. Open Connect System Management > Security > Setup/Modify User Rights.

2. Use the Look Up bar to enter a user name.

3. Click to deselect the checkbox titled Activate User.

The user is not active. They cannot log in to Connect.
