The system default for user rights is Active. Change the user rights status to Non-Active when the user is terminated or the user's rights are suspended.
1. Open Connect System Management > Security > Setup/Modify User Rights.
2. Use the Look Up bar to enter the User ID. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the checkbox titled Activate User.
4. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The user can log in to Connect.

3. Click to deselect the checkbox titled Activate User.
4. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The user cannot log in to Connect.
