How do I view outstanding balance by service address? (Cosigner)

To review the balance on an account with a cosigner, look up the cosigner account. The cosigner's account will show the accounts that list the person as a cosigner. It will show the service address and the balance due.

Viewing outstanding balance

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Cosigners.

2. Look up a cosigner.

3. Click Customers.

The transaction grid on the left shows the customer accounts that list the cosigner.
