I can't find the Windows user ID in the Active Directory. Where is it?
Issue
I'm setting up user rights for a new user. But I can't find the user's Windows ID in the Active Directory. Where is it?
Explanation
If the Windows user ID has been assigned to another user, it will not be included in the list of Windows user IDs that can be assigned to a user.
Solution
You can use Active Directory box in Setup/Modify User Rights to find out if the Windows user ID that you're looking for is assigned to another user.
