I don't want to enter MFA every time I log in. How do I fix it? (2023.11)
Issue
I have to enter an authentication code every time I log in to Connect Online, but I have other apps that use MFA that only require me to log in once month. Can I set up my Connect Online MFA settings like the other apps so I don't have to look up and enter an authentication code every time?
Explanation
It depends on how the application administrator has set up the MFA settings at the System Management level. There's a setting Modify Security Settings that allows the application administrator to control the number of days between prompts to authenticate the user.
Solution
Choose an option:
Select the Remember Me checkbox in the Connect Online sign on window. This option will change the MFA setting to remember you for the period set by the application administrator. You will only need to enter the MFA authentication code when the valid MFA period expires.

If the Remember Me option doesn't stop the app from asking for authentication, you may need to contact the application administrator to ask them to set up the option to remember a device. [More]
