Overview

Paperless billing lets you view and manage your bills online, without receiving paper statements in the mail. When paperless billing is turned on, the portal becomes your primary place to access billing information. It's designed to be faster, more convenient, and easier to manage. 

With paperless billing, you can:

  • View your bills online as soon as they're available. 
  • Access past statements anytime, all in one place. 
  • Reduce paper mail and keep your billing organized digitally. 
  • Stay up to date without waiting for a printed statement. 

 

 

Enroll in paperless billing

 1. Sign in to the portal. 

2. Click on Utility Bill. 

3. On the Customer Info tile, click Enroll in Paperless. 

 

 

 

 

Unenroll in paperless billing

1. Sign in to the portal. 

2. Click on your username.  

3. Select Profile. 

4. Click Utility Profile. 

5. Uncheck Enrolled in paperless. 

6. Click Save.
