Issue

This warning displays on the screen when an employee has multiple checks with different check issue dates for the same pay period.


Explanation

So you know the employee has more than one check with a check issue date in the same period. 


Solution

To address this warning, 

  • verify the employee checks are correct.

  • correct the employee's checks if the employee should only be receiving a single check for the pay period.
