Warning: No Active Directory Interface

Issue

A warning message displays when I launch Synchronize Active Directory Users. The warning says that I don't have an Active Directory interface. What does this mean?

 

 

Explanation

The Active Directory isn't set up in Connect. There isn't anything to synchronize. 

 

Solution

First, you will need to set up the Active Directory. It's in Modify Security Settings. 

How do I set up Active Directory?

 

When you're done, you will be able to synchronize Active Directory users.
