Set up timesheets in Connect Online to allow a user to enter a billing comment in addition to the usual comment for a time entry. Billing comments are available only when the Project Account interface is set up and Timekeeping is set up to track hours for a job.

Install and set up Project Accounting.
1. Open Connect Timekeeping Organization Organization.
2. Click to select the Interfaces tab.
3. Click to select the Project Accounting tab.
4. Use the Project Accounting Interface menu to select Caselle 4.x.
5. Click to select the checkbox titled Include Billing Comments.
6. Click Save (CTRL+S).
Connect adds a billing comments field to the time entry form in Connect Online.
