Why can't I enter job numbers?
If the Job field is not available to fill in, it means that the Project Accounting interface has not been set up in Timekeeping.
When the Project Accounting interface is turned off, the Job Number field is light gray, like this...

When the Project Accounting interface is turned on, the Job Number field looks like the rest of the fields on the form and you can use it to enter a job number.

To use the Job Number field, you'll need to turn on the Project Accounting interface. See the help topic titled How do I turn on the Project Accounting interface?
